For this card I used SU solid cardstock and the patterned paper was from Micheal's. I used the scalloped punch and a 1-7/8" circle punch from SU. The glittered embellishment was from Archiver's and the brads are from my stash.
I used the SU Birthday Whimsy stamp set to stamp on the corner of the envelope with So Saffron SU ink.
